Pee in beautiful places most of the time.

Breathe deeply in the desert.

Know how things die, especially if you’re going to eat them.

Dance without consequence.

Sing when you’re alone.

Dig your toes into dirt as often as you can manage.

Never miss a chance to jump into a body of water when it’s 90 degrees outside.

Make integrity cool.

Make integrity sexy.

Have a favorite pen.

Be honest about your limitations.

Be vocal about your boundaries.

Be gentle with yourself.

Make people laugh uncontrollably.

Make sure people feel seen.

Touch weird textures.

Climb trees.

Give people orgasms.

Trust yourself.
